About the role

• You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across the business – sourcing top talent for specialist, corporate, and technical roles
• Strategic partnering with the leadership/Executive team and stakeholders to build proactive hiring strategies
• Support generalist HR initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation
• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects across talent, systems, and processes
• This role reports to the Chief People & Culture lead and plays a key part in shaping the future of their workforce

Skills and Experience

• Internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering across all levels of a business
• Generalist HR knowledge and experience across onboarding, ER, or systems is a huge plus
• Confident communicator with a people-first approach
• Proactive, organised, and excited by solving people challenges and delivering great hiring experiences
