About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a strong understanding of accounting to join our dynamic team in the motor industry. This is a key role where you'll handle a range of administrative duties alongside vehicle processing, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Processing: Manage vehicle stock records, process incoming and outgoing vehicles, and ensure accurate data entry for fleet management.
  • Accounting Support: Assist with invoicing, reconcile accounts, process payments
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, document management, and maintaining records, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain and update the vehicle and financial databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within the motor industry.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial accounts structure and interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
