Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive technical excellence, mentor a growing team, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Our client's ServiceNow environment is diverse with some areas being heavily customized. We are looking for a seasoned leader to lead the team and business in implementing great solutions and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small and growing team of tight-knit ServiceNow developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Develop, optimize, and implement sustainable, repeatable development patterns and best practices.
- Work closely with architects to ensure smooth transitions from design to development.
- Provide hands-on software development and technical leadership in ServiceNow.
- Drive problem analysis and devise robust, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and technical alignment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously improve platform efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (confident in customizations ad configurations)
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, TNI, and Order Management.
- Expertise in platform architecture, integrations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Continuous Improvement, Agile and DevOps environments.
