Job Description

We’re seeking a leader to manage the successful delivery of a new appointment booking system as part of our clients Smart Service Programme. This high-impact role will oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration of customer preferences, staff availability, and scheduling capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide appointment booking system.
  • Managing multiple workstreams, including customer preference mapping, staff availability, and matching algorithms.
  • Driving significant change management initiatives across the business.
  • Engaging with external vendors and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Overseeing project governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Coordinating with IT and business teams to deliver a high-quality, customer-centric solution.
  • Ensuring financial accountability, transparent reporting, and adherence to timelines.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in delivering complex IT programmes with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycles, governance, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to navigate Agile methodologies, breaking down work into epics and milestones.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Background in financial services or large corporate environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise project management tools.


Bonus Skills:

  • Project Management and Agile certifications.
  • Experience with customer-facing digital solutions.
  • Understanding of compliance obligations within financial services.
  • Significant change management experience
