Job Description

Are you an experienced Senior Administrator or Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We’re building our talent pool for upcoming temporary roles with our clients by gaining expressions of interest from any candidates who are immediately available.

We’re looking for highly organized, proactive professionals who can support busy teams at a high level with administration, project coordination, and team support. These roles could involve working across multiple teams to ensure smooth workflows and efficient processes, we work with a range of government and private organisations.

Key Responsibilities;

  • General Administration – Provide high-level support, assist with travel coordination, and manage documentation.
  • Project Coordination – Support project managers with invoicing, document management, and bid preparation.
  • Event & Office Coordination – Organize team and client events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Finance & Systems Support – Assist with financial processes and internal system training.


What We’re Looking For;

  • 3+ years’ experience in administration, coordination, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset, with high levels of professionalism and integrity.
