About the role:
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and optimising customer relationship management strategies across multiple channels. You will leverage marketing automation, data analytics, and customer segmentation to create targeted campaigns that drive retention and engagement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Execute all direct digital communications across a range of omni-channel touchpoints
  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns to enhance customer relationships and engagement.
  • Build and optimise automated marketing workflows (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging).
  • Maintain clean and compliant customer data, applying segmentation to improve targeting.
  • Create and refine customer journey roadmaps to optimise lifecycle marketing.
  • Use A/B testing and performance analytics to enhance CRM campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with digital marketing team, brand managers, and external agencies on BAU activities


What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficiency in customer data analytics and segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech tools and how they integrate with CRM.
  • Experience designing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, web).
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with HTML & CSS for email development is a plus.
  • Prior experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies preferred
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Acute focus on detail and strong creative flair
