As a Coordinator with our Sound and Vision Creative Production Group, working across audio and video advertising, you’ll be joining a team running all administration tasks that keep us running smoothly.
You'll grow and learn skills in producing radio ads, business communication, creative processes, auditioning and casting voice talent, selecting music beds, and time management. You'll be working closely with our audio creatives, Media Specialists and clients coordinating the workflow of new jobs arriving daily, audio studio rosters, basic invoicing and advertising rules and regulations.
ABOUT YOU:
To thrive in this role, you need to be curious, confident and really enjoy working with a wide range of people. Clear effective communication and the ability to think ahead and problem solve are must-have natural talents. Administration, coordination and managing systems are your secret sauce and being a stickler for detail is a given.
