We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented AccountsAdministrator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations. If you are proficient in Xero, Excel, and have a knack for precision, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Management
Post receipts, process invoices, and record financial transactions.
Accounts and Reconciliation
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable monthly.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations accurately and within deadlines.
Reporting
Provide information for the balance sheets, financial statements, profit and loss reports, and stocktake reports.
Collaborate with accountants to provide quarterly and annual financial reports.
Payroll and Taxation
Calculate pay and deductions for employees.
Complete PAYE, GST, and income tax returns.
Transaction Coding and Query Resolution
Code transactions accurately.
Resolve account queries efficiently with our team and customers.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience with Xero accounting software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proven experience in Accounts payable/receivable and general accounting tasks.
Ability to travel between two of our sites in Christchurch
