  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including renewals, variations, and terminations with stakeholders.
  • Track and plan software budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Analyze software usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize contracts.
  • Engage with business owners, agile release teams, and vendors to streamline procurement processes.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes eg ServiceNow.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Software license management experience, with the ability to interpret license agreements.
  • Proficiency with SAM tools (e.g., Snow, ServiceNow) and procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and procurement best practices.
  • Experience tracking and planning software budgets.
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT, finance, legal, and procurement teams.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Proactive and independent—able to take ownership of tasks after initial guidance.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical skills and ability to identity areas for improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with vendors and internal business stakeholders.
