About the role
This role supports our Parking Operations at Council. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating workflow for Administrators and manage task assignments.
  • Oversee and support the parking enforcement software system including training staff on its use.
  • Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of parking enforcement processes including communication regarding complaints and contested tickets
  • Communicate with stakeholders and the Ministry of Justice


Please note that this role is full-time and worked Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive).

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership and using effective self and time management approaches.
  • Strong customer service skills.
