About the Role: We're on the hunt for an experienced PropertyManager to build, manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of rental properties, while delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants - all in line with The Harcourts Promise.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll thrive in a supportive team environment while managing your own portfolio and ensuring best practice systems and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors
Conduct rental appraisals and drive business development opportunities
Manage property advertising, viewings, and tenancy applications
Oversee property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance
Monitor rent arrears and ensure timely financial processing
Represent clients at Tenancy Tribunal hearings when needed
Keep up to date with industry legislation and compliance
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 12 months of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident using property management software (Palace, Tapi, Inspection Express)
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Team player with a professional, customer-first approach
A real passion for property and people
