We are looking for a Civil Administrator to support our team in ensuring smooth project operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.

About the Role

As a Civil Administrator, you will be supporting the civil team with project documentation, coordination & contract support. Your work will contribute to efficiently completing projects by handling essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing health and safety documentation and running fortnightly safety meetings.
  • Maintain contract records, support pricing processes, and assist with contract communication.
  • Help prepare and process monthly claims for project-related payments.
  • Assist with compiling activity reports for project tracking and team updates.
  • Organize and plan weekly tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Work alongside the Civil Project Manager to foster team performance and maintain client relationships.


What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to manage accurate paperwork and stay organized.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working efficiently under pressure.
  • Willing to collaborate with others while also working independently when needed.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Comfortable working with a range of people, both internally and externally.
  • Able to adjust to changing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on and eager to support project tasks.
  • Previous experiences in the Civil industry!


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior administrative experience (ideally in civil or construction-related roles).
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
