About you
You are a Passionate and Inspiring people person, ready to assist our customers with Integrity and Care. Our customer is our focus; you will provide extraordinary customer service and be part of a friendly team with Disciplined retail processes and Entrepreneurial sales skills. Having a spark for electronics will enhance the customer experience based on our products.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a safe working environment for the team and customers
Experience required:
High standards of customer service delivery
Strong communication skills
Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
