The Role:

About You:

  • A qualified and registered ECE teacher, you have excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of compliance and operations.
  • Ideally you will have experience with the Reggio Emilia approach and at the very least knowledge of, and a passion for, this philosophy.
  • You will be an experienced ECE leader with previous Centre Manager experience.
  • You are confident yet compassionate, and have the ability to build trust with children, whanau and teachers/support staff.
