Vantage Windows North Shore Limited is an award winning door and window manufacturer based on the North Shore, Auckland providing joinery to the market for the last 35+ years. We specialise in the manufacture of aluminium joinery for residential dwellings, architecturally designed homes and light commercial buildings.

We are currently looking for an industry-experienced Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team.

Our ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, hunts for new business, has a strong understanding of aluminium joinery systems, and is skilled in managing projects from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service & advise to existing customers and new customers
• Providing product knowledge for clients
• New business, contacting/ meeting with new builders and building companies
• Onsite measuring and liaising with client
• Quoting jobs for existing and potential clients, involving estimation
• Following up on quoted jobs and expanding client base
• Attending site meetings - carrying out measures, gathering information for production
• Ensuring variations are tended to and jobs are being charged correctly
• Following up debtors as required
• Liaising with builder/home owner/site supervisors and architects - give advice and specify products

For this position you must have:

• Minimum of 5 years in aluminium joinery, sales, or project management (experience with APL/ Vantage suites would be highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of aluminium joinery systems, manufacturing processes, site measuring and installation
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships
• A Class 1 Full Drivers licence
• Confident computer skills - Familiarity with V6 Quoting software and ESP would be highly regarded
• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong communication skills - Written and verbal
• Reliability and a good work ethic
