About the role We are looking for a passionate and hands-on MaintenanceSupervisor to lead our maintenance team alongside the Maintenance Manager. Based at Drury Quarry you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly by overseeing the maintenance of our fixed and mobile crushing, screening and conveying equipment.
Whether you’re planning maintenance schedules, troubleshooting or stepping in as an Acting Maintenance Manager, your work will directly impact our success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and like solving challenges this could be the perfect role for you!
Day to day tasks but not limited to:
Leading day to day mechanical fitting and maintenance tasks in the workshop and onsite
Stepping into the acting Maintenance Manager role when required, overseeing the team and ensuring seamless operations.
Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintaining equipment and tools to the highest standard and ensuring documentation is accurate.
Promoting a safety first culture and ensuring a healthy working environment.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in maintenance with supervisory or leadership capabilities and strong technical knowledge in mechanical fitting and welding.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate the team.
Eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Highly organised with a knack for managing competing priorities.
A commitment to maintaining high safety environmental and quality standards.
