The Role
Our Home Solutions team is a fun, dynamic and hard-working team committed to our goals of creating more comfortable and more efficient homes through a combination of solar, heat pump hot water, air conditioning and energy efficient appliances, connected in a single ecosystem. We aim to deliver an integrated home energy solution design to accomplish Energy Efficient, Carbon Zero or Carbon Positive energy goals. We are growing and evolving fast!
Reporting to our Financial Controller, the initial focus is to ensure invoicing and associated finance data entry is accurate and timely. The work is relatively manual as we move to a new system, but there is scope for the role to evolve over time as we move to the new system, the business grows and needs change.

That this is a fixed term role for 12 months while we transition to a new finance system. You will have the opportunity to be part of shaping that transition and suggesting system and process improvements, so if this is something that interests you, apply now! Who knows where it might lead. The 20 hours per week can be worked flexibly, with a combination of work from home or office, so it could work around school hours or study commitments for example.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with some direction after initial training and onboarding, but who will be self-starting and own their own work. You know what it takes to be a team contributor, demonstrates initiative and reliability, and have good systems skills and the ability to build relationships with other key areas of the business. This is the opportunity to be part of a great team in a growth phase who are operating in a target-driven environment, and with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Ideal skills and experience we are looking for include:
· At least 1 year’s work experience in an accounts or admin or coordination role or similar
· Excellent communication skills
· Comfort and accuracy with data and reporting
· A curiosity for a commercial environment
· Advanced level of skill in using MS suite
· You’ll likely have an interest in finance or supply chain, and systems and processes automation.
