BestStart are on the lookout for dedicated, passionate, reliable reliever caregivers in West Auckland region

BestStart, New Zealand’s largest provider of early childhood education, is looking for passionate and reliable Reliever Caregivers in the West Auckland region. If you have a love for tamariki (children), a strong work ethic, and the desire to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Our vision is to partner with families, whanau, and communities to enable children to reach their full learning potential. As a Reliever Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in supporting our centers when teachers are on leave, ensuring the continued care and development of tamariki.

What You’ll Do:

  • Step into different centers, covering sick leave, study leave, or holidays.
  • Work alongside dedicated teaching teams who are passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.
  • Provide high-quality care and education, supporting the growth and development of each tamariki.

  • Reliable & Flexible: Able to adapt to varying schedules and centre needs.
  • Motivated & Energetic: Enthusiastic about working with children and being part of a dynamic team.
  • Initiative: Willing to step up and contribute in any way needed.

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
