The Role: Foreperson Waste - Join Our Team at Programmed
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Foreperson to lead our Waste team! In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leadership & People Management - Leading a dedicated team, motivating them to achieve their best.
- Operational Efficiencies - Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline operations.
- Health & Safety - Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and fostering a safe work environment.
- Based at our Henderson yard/head office, this full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with negotiable hours. You'll also have access to a work vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and full PPE.

About You:

You'll Need:
- A full NZ Class 4 + HIAB driver's license and the ability to operate a manual vehicle.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in an operational business.
- Proven success in leading teams with exceptional people management skills.
- The ability to influence and build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong skills in program and project management, time management, planning, facilitation, and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations, training, and development sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage open, respectful communication at all levels.
