The Role Will Involve

  • Generating new leads and cultivating strong client relationships 🤝
  • Conducting property appraisals and market analyses 📊
  • Marketing and presenting properties effectively to potential buyers and sellers 🏡
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals successfully 💰
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and achieving individual targets 📈
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process ✨
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with all relevant legislation 🗂️
  • Collaborating with the wider team to share best practices and support each other teamwork


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales (minimum 2 years experience)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the Auckland property market
  • Real Estate Salesperson license (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
