Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inspire children’s creativity through hands-on learning and fun, engaging activities.
  • Collaborate with passionate teachers to support tamariki in their journey of growth and discovery.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where children feel secure and excited to learn.
  • Play an integral role in shaping their curiosity and confidence every day.


What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine love for being around children and supporting their development.
  • Previous ECE experience is helpful but not required – we’re looking for an enthusiastic, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work across both Palmerston North or Whanganui centres, gaining diverse experiences and knowledge.
  • Two references from previous Managers.
  • Valid ID and the ability to pass Police Vetting.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
