Job Description

Training Coordinator
Be part of our Landing Drive Distribution Centre (LDDC) as a Training Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Foodies whānau and work in one of the largest Distribution Centre’s in New Zealand.
As Training Coordinator, you will ensure that all staff are trained in a planned and consistent manner across all functions of the Distribution Centre.

As a Training Coordinator you’ll also:
· Train new staff, facilitate cross-training and provide regular feedback and ensure all new staff are fully trained and signed off.
· Ensure Pre-employment packs from temp agencies are supplied and all the relevant checks are completed.
· Perform Site Inductions for all new starters.
· Participate in the DC Health & Safety Committee as an active member.
· Develop, maintain, review all Training SOP’s
· Provide timely corrective advice and guidance to floor staff on a regular basis
· Assist in developing templates and training material.
· Maintain and develop effective relationships with stakeholder groups, including managers, members, operators, suppliers, institutional providers, and other stakeholders
· Lead and role model the FSNI values
· Work 2200 – 0630 (Night shift ) Monday to Friday.

What skills and experience you need
· Experience in a Supply Chain environment is advantageous.
· You will have a strong background in administrative excellence.
· Self-motivated, organised, and effectively able to prioritise workload.
· You will be detail-focused and prioritise accuracy and thoroughness.
· Experience with training isn’t necessary, but ideally you will have experience organising/coordinating.
· You will be an excel whizz who can create and own large data sheets.
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
