Job Description

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business needs, shaping technology solutions, and guiding the full CRM implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions using CRM capabilities.
  • Support the full project life cycle, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and project managers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Map existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Dynamics 365 features.
  • Lead or support data migration planning, testing, and execution.
  • Define and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and test cases.
  • Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training and adoption strategies.
  • Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation strategies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end CRM implementations (full lifecycle - advantageous)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and MS Office Suite.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in sectors such as [e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare] is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
