About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista/cafe all-rounder to join our team at the 2 Bees Café, Beachland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and light meals to our customers, as well as assisting with various other cafe duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to our customers
  • Serving of light meals and snacks
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and restocking equipment and supplies
  • Providing support to the front-of-house team as needed, such as operating the cash register or assisting with inventory management


What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
