This is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Customer, Product & Services team. The role will focus on collaboration with key stakeholders (Customer facing business units, Operations, Customer Product & Services, Risk and Technology) to understand the problem or opportunity to hand, and agree on the desired outcomes, determine solution options, and then facilitate decision making.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.

What are day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
- Review and report on delivery metrics using Jira and excel.
- Manage dependencies, risks and blockers in workflow, documenting and tracking in Confluence.
- Attending governance forums where required.
- Follow operational processes like procurement and risk through to completion.
- Liaise with enterprise change and other key business stakeholders to coordinate change activities.
What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?
We have an exciting stream of modernisation work this year, including:
- Exiting legacy software like Lotus Notes and SCCM
- Migration of our Windows fleet to Intune management
- Leveraging OneDrive document management
- Internal communications tool replatforming
What is the most challenging thing about this opportunity?
This role needs someone who is up to the challenge of managing multiple streams of delivery with sometimes complex dependencies.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?
This is a brand new role in our Workplace team, supporting our platform leads and engineers to deliver modernisation initiatives and maintain strong foundations. This role has scope for the right candidate to bring their expertise to the table and embed good practices.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pragmatism to make trade off decisions when there are competing priorities
- Attention to detail and understanding of the bigger strategic picture
- Ability to hold teams accountable for delivery targets
- Can gather, analyse, and report on basic delivery metrics
- You don’t have to be technical, but some technical understanding would be advantageous.
