Job Description

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

We are looking for a Sales and Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to AA Members and staff. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administration activities, ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services, and contributing to the efficient operation of the team.

  • Responsible for all customer enquiries and contacting of individuals
  • Identify products required by the customers and order OEM or aftermarket glass to ensure that fitters have the correct glass for the job
  • Book in jobs for AANZ glaziers nationwide and allocate the necessary resources for them
  • Ensure customer feedback, including complaints, are handled professionally and appropriate action taken to address them in a timely manner


About You | Mōu

  • Experience within the wider Automotive industry will be advantageous but not essential
  • A background in customer services or administration
  • A 'can do' attitude and calm nature
  • Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
