Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a member of this cross-functional team you will provide expertise for embedding and maturing the processes required to support our newly established CMDB, identifying, classifying, tracking, and monitoring the operational details of Configuration Items and Services in our IT environment.
- Record and maintain CI information and relationships for all in-scope CIs contained within the CMDB, ensuring data is current and accurate.
- Work with Squads to ensure new/updated Services and Cis are accurately reflected in the CMDB.
- Act as an Ambassador for Configuration Management, working with Squads to mature and embed Configuration Management concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Work with the Service Owner to continually mature, refine and embed our processes as our implementation progresses.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Service Management role (i.e. Technical Change Management, Problem Management, Service Desk Analyst), or in an Engineering role that interacted with Service Management processes.
- Experience working in a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Good understanding of the Agile way of working.
- Experience with ServiceNow would be beneficial.
