About the Role

As our Mid-Level Customer Success Manager, you'll be the friendly face of Agreeable, ensuring our clients have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You'll be a key player in building strong relationships with our customers, proactively identifying and resolving any issues, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role is crucial to our continued growth and success.

The Role Will Involve

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of Agreeable clients, building rapport and fostering strong relationships. 🤝
  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively. 📞
  • Onboarding new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize Agreeable's platform and services. ✨
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggesting enhancements to our processes and products.💡
  • Tracking key customer metrics, analyzing data to identify trends, and reporting on customer satisfaction levels. 📊
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, sales) to address customer feedback and improve service delivery. teamwork
  • Proactively reaching out to clients to check in, offer support, and identify potential upselling opportunities. 📈

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer relationship management tools.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is highly desirable.
