We are a 7-day-a-week urgent care facility, operating from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role involves varied rostered shifts, including closing shifts, and flexibility to work weekends when required.

The ability to deal with people of all ages and backgrounds in a respectful, calm, and caring manner
Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with high call volumes and experience in responding to emails, and patient inquiries
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
Exceptional accuracy and high attention to detail
Punctuality and good time management
Indici PMS knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
Flexibility with varied shifts is essential to this role
