Mō te tūranga | About the Role
The Manager Enterprise Networks & SNS will be the owner and operator for the Secure Network Services (SNS) squad and responsible for overseeing and maintaining all aspects of Enterprise Networks Services. The SNS squad are accountable for delivering and supporting the Core Network and Security infrastructure including design, implementation and support on a day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint basis.
Key responsibilities of the role:
•Accountable for managing scope and prioritisation of BAU and projects, ensuring delivery of these to agreed SLA and timelines.
Streamline execution of work and promote continuous delivery.
Manages supplier, business partner and third-party relationships where necessary.
Manages the build, run, enhance and retire lifecycle of the product/service.
Leads the Quarterly Planning Process (QPP) with the team, providing a view of deliverables and manages these through to completion.
Perform related duties as assigned, within the scope of role and as required by senior leadership.
Support the delivery of any Network/Security and related initiatives where required to support organisational goals.
Contribute to developing and maintaining team requirements and identify skills requirements to support roadmaps.
Ensuring appropriate compliance to local and global regulatory requirements as well as best practice methodologies are adhered to.

- Experience managing operational and project delivery work streams.
- Ability to understand complex challenges/concepts and articulate these in a simplified, easy to understand manner.
- Experience in technical environments relating to Networks and Security services in a financial environment.
- Experience with managing scope and prioritisation of tasks ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
- Capable of handling multiple, simultaneous, and various ad-hoc requests, and able to ensure timely and effectively delivery in a deadline-focused environment.
