We’re looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer who’s excited to work across our entire platform – from a Python-based API to a Flutter front end, and everything in between. Get in touch if you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and want to help shape meaningful products.

📌 Responsibilities

• Work across our Python API backend, Microsoft SQL, and Flutter front end to help build end-to-end features.
• Automation & CI/CD: ensure seamless, high-quality releases.
• Collborate with product managers and fellow engineers to deliver features that delight our customers.
• Problem-Solving: Dive into technical challenges, propose solutions, and see them through to completion.
• Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code, and optimise our stack for scalability and reliability.
• Continuous Improvement: Help refine our engineering processes, tools, and standards to keep us moving quickly.

🚀 Skills & Attributes

• Full Stack Experience: Confident with Python (backend), Flutter (front end) or similar, and SQL (data layer).
• Passion for Product: Loves building features end-to-end that excite customers and make a real difference.
• Intermediate Level: Ready to dive in, learn fast, and contribute immediately.
• Great Communicator: Can share ideas effectively and work collaboratively in a close-knit team.
• Problem Solver & Self-Starter: Keen to tackle challenges independently but also knows when to seek input from the team.
• Curiosity for New Tech: Enjoys exploring new tools, languages, and best practices.
