We are now on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager who can lead from front and set a new standard in real estate marketing. This is a fast-paced environment, creating high volumes of marketing content for our five real estate offices and Property Management business so graphic design skills and experience are essential as this role calls for a hands-on creative leader at the helm!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies
• Driving a strong digital presence across all platforms
• Creating and overseeing high-volume marketing content across all offices
• Leading and inspiring a results-driven marketing team
• Ensuring every piece of content is high-impact and on-brand
• Managing the studio workflow to ensure all deadlines are met

What You Bring:

• Proven marketing experience (in an agency or fast-paced industry)
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding & content creation
• A high skill level in creating engaging content using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Leadership skills to drive team success & efficiency
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail & design
