Here's what you will do most days:

Manage all operational aspects of the retail store
Ensure workplace scheduling is effective so the store has sufficient staff cover
Driving sales and maximising market potential
Maintain merchandising, sales and customer service

You will also:

Recruit for the team and induct, train and coach the new staff members
Talk tech in a non-techie way to help customers pick the right products (don't worry, we'll help you out with by providing thorough training!)
Provide on-time reporting
Identify any areas for improvement or development for the store or processes
