  • This role is based in Wellington CBD!
  • Fixed term till 18th July 2025, 80 hours per fortnight.
  • $60k - $70k dependant on experience

Are you looking to gain valuable corporate experience and build your CV? This short-term contract is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door!

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong data entry skills to join our payroll team. Prior payroll experience is not essential - full training will be provided by our supportive team.

Your ability to work with systems and your accuracy with data will be key. You will play an important role in ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly, while also helping with record management in the PayGlobal system and supporting the team with process improvements.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn new skills
  • Is detail-focused with accurate data entry abilities
  • Has strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Can quickly pick up new systems and processes
  • Possesses good communication and customer service skills
  • Is well-organised and can manage their time effectively
