About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role requires someone who can confidently act on behalf of the CEO, manage high-level administrative tasks, and assist with sales and lead generation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-obsessed, and have strong strategic thinking skills, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do


Executive Support & Administration

Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
Act confidently on behalf of the CEO in communications and decision-making when required.
Handle correspondence, conference call coordination, and visitor reception.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive business information.

Sales & Lead Management

Assist in identifying and managing potential sales leads.
Follow up on enquiries and support business development efforts.
Maintain customer relationships and track engagement.

Project & Event Coordination

Support event planning and execution for internal and external initiatives.
Coordinate project timelines and ensure key milestones are met.


What We’re Looking For


Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to act autonomously.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales support, lead management, or business development is a plus.
  • Experience in event planning and project management is a plus.
