You'll be working closely with our high-performing, tight-knit team to provide seamless administrative support across multiple functions.
About the Role
This role offers plenty of variety, requiring you to think on your feet and tackle a range of tasks. You'll work alongside other support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
Providing general administrative support to the team.
Managing documentation, formatting reports, and proofreading.
Coordinating meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and catering support.
Covering front-of-house duties and assisting with office housekeeping.
Collaborating with the wider support team on office events and tasks as needed.
This role suits a tech-savvy all-rounder with a passion for efficiency, and an intermediate level of MS Word proficiency is essential.
