We seek a friendly, social & experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Operational experience with a high-volume venue
  • Development and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of Asian, and European cuisine
  • Experience managing teams of chefs and kitchen hands.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, solutions internal and guest-related skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fully qualified with a la carte and banqueting kitchen experience.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety
  • Good organisational skills with a high level of presentation
