We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Services Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding our frame and truss products.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and helping to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the system.
  • Assist with customer complaints or concerns professionally, finding effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams as needed.
  • Send customer quotes and other relevant documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or similar systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of frame and truss products is a plus but not essential - full training will be provided.
