About Us: Welcome to Bay Catering, where creativity and community collide. Located within the Tauranga area. Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused café superstars to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for exceptional service, a keen interest in innovative cuisine, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Roles we are looking to fill: Barista’s, Wait staff, Supervisor and kitchen hands.
What are we looking for?:
- High Energy: Demonstrates enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Customer-Focused: Prioritizes the needs and satisfaction of customers. This involves active listening, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Exhibits thoroughness and precision in tasks, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors
- Warm, Friendly, Welcoming: Creates a positive and inviting atmosphere, making others feel valued and comfortable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work during café hours: the café will be open seven days so shifts could be weekend or weekdays.
