What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

• Responsible for delivering vehicle repairs and services which support the customer service and business objectives of the Association and promote its strategic goal of being the number one automotive repairer.
• Carry out auto service and repair in accordance with the Association processes and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to inform them of issues with their vehicles, work required, and timeframes.
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with customers and business clients.
• Refer and promote appropriate products and services provided by the Association and its business partners that meet the needs of the customer.
• Continually expand your knowledge of the role, relevant products and services.
• You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and obtain further qualifications to enable you to deliver the wide range of products and services we offer.

About You | Mōu

• Relevant Trade Qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in the automotive industry (gained in the last 5 years)
• Clean Full New Zealand Drivers Licence
• Ability to service, repair and inspect all types of passenger and light vehicles
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices
