About the role:

As Partnerships Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, optimising, and executing strategic marketing relationships with both existing and new partners, including industry associations. You’ll also oversee marketing initiatives supporting SME business growth, ensuring campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and execute strategic marketing partnerships, including industry associations
  • Drive marketing initiatives to support SME business growth and commercial priorities
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing and new partners to maximize brand impact
  • Oversee campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with branding and legal guidelines
  • Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
  • Duration: 12 month temporary contract
  • Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Auckland CBD


About You: You’re a strategic and results-driven Partnerships or Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing, insurance, financial services, or risk management. You know how to build relationships, drive engagement, and deliver growth through innovative marketing partnerships.

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnership marketing or B2B marketing
  • Strong background in risk, insurance, or financial services
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with CRM & marketing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Data-driven mindset – able to analyse and report on marketing performance
