Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new leads within target markets and set appointments.
• Make the most of our comprehensive, up-to-date prospect database.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on marketing-generated leads to ensure maximum conversion.
• Outbound calling to build rapport and generate high-quality leads for our Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive records in our CRM system.
• Exceed targets by making a significant number of quality appointments.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating and supporting your colleagues.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients quickly.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on advanced English.
• Passionate about exceeding goals and celebrating success.
• Thrive in a competitive environment with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to adjust your approach to meet the needs and characteristics of each audience.
• Resilience and the ability to be persuasive yet humble.
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
