Te tūranga | The role:

  • Proactively promote a strong risk culture over the management of model's and Artifical Intelligence (AI) and compliance with ASB policies through monitoring, oversight and constructive challenge.
  • Partner with and coach the business to achieve sound risk management and expert view on the control environment, including design and testing.
  • Identify and recommend best practice tools and processes to support a strong culture of model risk and AI risk management.
  • Fostering and maintaining productive relationships across ASB and with our CBA counterparts.


Ō pūkenga | About you:

  • Experience in models and AI risk management and a strong understanding of risk management fundamentals.
  • Experience in large scale, complex, data driven organisations, Financial Services experience would be beneficial.
  • Business advisory and assurance experience.
  • Experience of influencing ability at a senior level and thought leadership.
