Job Description

Our client, First Mortgage Trust, is seeking a Business Application Lead to join their dynamic technology team. Based in either Auckland or Tauranga, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, prioritising, and executing application maintenance and support services. They will also develop and maintain end-user client relationships and manage external product vendors to deliver both critical and routine application support. What you'll do:

  • Manage, plan, prioritise, and execute application maintenance and support services.
  • Retain oversight of key application provider relationships.
  • Develop and maintain end-user client relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate with external product vendors to deliver critical and routine application support.
  • Collaborate as an integral member of the Technology team to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Improve business performance and consistently deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders.


What you bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
  • Project Management Skills (e.g., Agile, Prince 2, DevOps).
  • Business Analysis skills (e.g., user stories, requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation).
  • Salesforce Certified.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) at an intermediate/advanced level..
  • You're comfortable navigating various software platforms. Importantly, you're quick to learn new software and applications relevant to FMT and the industry.
