Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing, mapping, and documenting business processes to improve efficiency, standardisation, and decision-making. By structuring operational knowledge, you will help ensure workflows are clear, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
You will work closely with stakeholders, including Project and Product Managers, to analyse business needs, validate requirements, and support the development of strategic roadmaps. Facilitating workshops and gathering insights, you will play a key role in identifying process improvements and ensuring seamless implementation of changes.
In addition, you will contribute to risk mitigation by implementing best practices and ensuring compliance. Your ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights will be essential in optimising operations and keeping the customer at the heart of all solutions.
What we're looking for:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst who is passionate about driving operational efficiency and process optimisation. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying improvements in business workflows.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, regardless of industry.
- Strong background in eliciting requirements using agile methodologies, such as workshops and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in an agile environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean design, agile methods, and user story writing is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate business requirements to both stakeholders and developers.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive strategic discussions.
- Expertise in developing process flows, business models, and workflow diagrams to optimise efficiency.
- Strong understanding of risk mitigation and compliance best practices.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to stakeholders.
- A customer-focused mindset, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all solutions.
