Factory Production Worker
We are proud to partner with a leading New Zealand company, looking for a Factory Production worker. They have a long and proud history supporting the agricultural sector and continues a tradition of innovation and service with a large range of products aimed at the farming sector.

They are seeking a versatile, adaptable team member to join them for their afternoon shift, responsible for manufacturing and formulating high-quality, innovative scientific products.

The role:

  • Monday to Friday 2.30pm to 11pm, full time hours
  • Producing a variety of their quality products for their customers
  • Variety of work each day
  • Pay rate dependent on experience and skills, ability to increase as your skills increase


Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and to continuously upskill.
  • Ability to multitask where required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience will be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability for ever-changing requirements and deadlines.
  • An understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a great team.
  • An understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and determined to be at work every day.
  • Prepared to get your hands dirty, be physically fit, and have an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills.
