Experienced Process Worker – Technically/Mechanically Minded

Are you a hands-on individual with a knack for machinery and technical processes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your mechanical aptitude is valued? We’re on the lookout for an experienced process worker who is technically and mechanically minded to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery
  • Perform routine equipment checks and minor troubleshooting
  • Follow SOPs and safety protocols at all times
  • Ensure product quality through regular inspections
  • Assist with machine changeovers and production line setups
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – comfortable with tools and machinery
  • Ability to identify and resolve basic mechanical issues
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Forklift (F) endorsement and OSH certification
