What You'll Be Doing:

Safely operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

• Load/unload pallets and handle stock with care
• Pick and pack orders using a digital inventory system
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
• Report any damaged stock or discrepancies
• Ensure stock data is entered accurately
• Follow safety procedures and help the team hit KPIs

What You'll Need:

• Valid NZ Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licenses
• At least 1 year of forklift experience (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting (up to 15kg)
• A proactive, safety-conscious mindset
