If you love bold flavours, dynamic kitchens, and the energy of an authentic tapas-style menu, this is your chance to shine!

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key player in our high-energy kitchen, ensuring that every dish embodies the rich, authentic flavours of Spain while meeting the highest standards of presentation and quality. You’ll work alongside a talented Executive Chef and team, embracing traditional techniques and modern creativity to craft exceptional dishes that transport our guests straight to the streets of Barcelona and Madrid.

Your role:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes, with a focus on Spanish-inspired flavors and techniques.
  • Assist in menu development, bringing innovation and authenticity to our evolving offerings.
  • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade, inspiring and supporting fellow chefs.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced restaurant.
  • A passion for Spanish cuisine and an understanding of traditional cooking techniques.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest culinary standards.
  • Availability to work a variable roster, minimum 30 hours per week, which will include AM and PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
