Job Description

We are seeking a contract administrator for our client in Paeroa, starting immediately. If you have experience in contract administration, particularly with fault billing, we want to hear from you! APPLY NOW!


About the role:

This position will be in the centre of Paeroa, with office hours from Monday to Friday. We can offer some flexibility with the start time, but generally, hours will be around 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Experience in a project-based environment is preferred


Job description:

  • Processing of work orders and submission of claims and invoices
  • Assisting in administrating the delivery of contract services to our client
  • Updating of jobs and processing of claims
  • Implement organisation and improvement of data filing and data capture systems
  • Undertake and co-ordinate billing activities
  • Importing and exporting of high-volume data
  • Perform data validations for accuracy of invoices
  • Ensure quality and accuracy
  • Provide support and resolution for billing related issues/enquiries
  • Additional relevant duties as and when required from the Faults billing team leader


What we are looking for:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills Time management/ organisation skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Strong customer focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Sound computer/keyboard skills
  • Experience within the Electrical Industry an advantage
  • No criminal convictions
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
